Name: Galmdrag the Legendary
Deity: Theff, God of Hunting, Forest, and Animals
Race: Centaur
Appearance: avatar, bitch.
Background: Galmdrag was once the legendary hero of the Bluehuff Centaur tribe. He had claimed many a foe's life in battle, and proved time and time again his worth to the tribe. He found himself a perfect mate, one that he loved very dearly, who bore him his son Olran, who he also loved dearly. As time passed, and war began, his son Olran had come to the age when he was expected to aid in the war. However, Olran had refused to fight, and thus was kicked out of the tribe. Galmdrag would have proudly defended his son, had his mate not been pregnant with his second son. Filled with the shame of his decisions, his following months would not be pleasant. When the months rolled around and it came time for his wife to give birth, she, to the utter grief and surprise of Galmdrag, died during birth... Which for a centaur, wasn't the most uncommon thing, but it still struck Galmdrag with grief. Having nothing left in the tribe for him, Galmdrag had left the village and Bluehuffs behind, taking nothing but his bow and a lot of arrows with him.
Traveling for months in the barren desert, Galmdrag had come to start praying to the god of Hunting and Animals, Theff. He believed it was the aid of Theff that had allowed him to survive with such little supplies and resources, which allowed him to eventually reach Sangue, the city of Blood. Galmdrag, being a centaur, had no problem with the war filled ways of Sangue, and joined the city with relief to be free of his journey. As time passed, Galmdrag's legacy had been passed onto Sangue, and it did not take long before he had become the Warchief of the village. Still, though, he felt the pains of his past, thoughts of his son, to-be-son, and wife haunted him every night and day. His only relief from his nightmares were through the fury of combat and war. He would lead the Sangue armies to combat himself, if only to gain temporarily relief from his troubles. To this day Galmdrag still searches for his son when out of the village, hoping that he be alive somewhere.
